Sapphire F. is a skilled analyst specializing in development and strategy with experience in the offshore and energy sectors. Currently serving as a DevEx & Strategy Analyst for Copenhagen Offshore Partners since March 2025, Sapphire focuses on portfolio procurement for the Tarchon interconnector project.
