James Stevens has a diverse work experience across multiple industries, with a strong focus on business analysis and web-related roles. James most recently worked at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) as a Lead Business Analyst, where they managed teams and ensured client satisfaction. Prior to that, they held roles as a Freelance Writer for the Radio Society of Great Britain, Director of Digital BA Services Limited, and Web Business Analyst for SAGE Publishing. James also worked in various business analyst and developer roles for Vision with Technology and held positions in web development and IT support at KCOM and General Mills, respectively.
James Stevens obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Technology from the University of Plymouth in the years 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Exeter College from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Information Technology, Business studies, and General studies. James also acquired several certifications, including those related to Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Capital Markets, and Performance Management, among others, primarily from LinkedIn and Amazon.
