Jennifer Ferrara

Jennifer Ferrara, MBA, MLS, is a highly experienced professional in knowledge services and library management. Currently serving as the Director of Managed Knowledge Services at Copyright Clearance Center since February 2013, Jennifer has held various managerial roles within the organization, including Senior Manager of Managed Services and Advanced Reference Services Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Research) from September 2002 to October 2010, where responsibilities included managing document delivery services, vendor relations, and budget management. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, an MLS in Library and Information Science from Long Island University, and a BS in Biology with a minor in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo.
