Melissa Rinaldi

Melissa Rinaldi has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the technology industry. Melissa started their career at Oracle as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Oracle DBA and database development. Melissa then worked at Database Technologies as the Director of Consulting Services and at ProfitLogic as the Director of Professional Services. In 2005, they joined Pilot Software as the Pre-Sales and Engagement Manager, focusing on analytics. From 2007 until 2015, they worked at SAP America as a Pre-Sales/Technical Client Manager, responsible for business analytics. In 2015, they joined Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) as the Director of Professional Services, leading product implementations and client consulting services. Melissa later became the Senior Director of Client Engagement and Solutions, overseeing various departments and leading strategic initiatives to enhance business value and sales.

Melissa Rinaldi holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from American University. Melissa also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the same university, majoring in International Relations and Economics.
