Rafael Sobrá Hidalgo

Rafael Sobrá Hidalgo is an experienced professional in program management and Agile methodologies, currently serving as Manager of EMEA Program Management at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) since May 2018. In this role, Rafael focuses on mentoring Scrum Masters in the EMEA region and fostering a healthy Agile culture within the organization. Prior to this position, Rafael held various roles including Scrum Master and Second Line Support Engineer at CCC, and Agile Coach and Lead DevOps Specialist at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S. With a background in software configuration management and IT support, Rafael has developed skills in process refinement, team coaching, and automation solutions over a career spanning multiple organizations since 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in System Administration from I.E.S Antonio Machado and further studies at the Universidad de Sevilla.
