Thomas Ogier

Thomas Ogier has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Thomas started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Veteran from 1985 to 1989. Thomas then worked as an Assistant Manager in Reservations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 1992 to 1995. Following this, Thomas worked as a Manager in Investor Services at Scudder, Stevens, and Clark (Acquired by Deutsche Bank) from 1996 to 1999, where they led a team of 12 registered representatives and provided customer conflict resolution and ACD management. Thomas joined Radius Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Customer Service from 1999 to 2000, where they successfully created a contact center to support customer banking needs and developed inter-bank inter-departmental processes. Thomas then worked at Putnam Investments as an Assistant Vice President of Preferred Client Services from 2000 to 2001, where they led a team of 85 registered representatives and supported the launch of new funds. Thomas then joined Gartner, formerly known as TowerGroup, as the Director of Sales Operations and Customer Service from 2001 to 2009. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Client Engagement & Solutions at Copyright Clearance Center since October 2009.

Thomas Ogier has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Thomas also attended Sarasota High School. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications such as Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) from Forrester and instrument and private pilot certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration.
