Angela Qian

Angela F. Qian is currently the Director of Research at Coqual. In their role, Angela F. leads a team of researchers in the conceptualization, research, and publication of annual reports focusing on critical DE&I issues in the workplace. Angela F. conducts qualitative research, manages relationships with stakeholders, and oversees the publication and production process of each report. Angela has a background in project management, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, course development, creative writing, editing, and editorial production. With experience in various industries and a strong educational background in creative writing, statistics, and English literature, Angela F. brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their current role.
