David Lipsett

David Lipsett began their professional career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Mi9 Retail in September 2012. In this role, they were responsible for interpreting business requirements, designing test case suites, executing tests (both manual and automated), conducting database testing, and reporting findings to stakeholders. David also documented change requests and bugs, collaborated with colleagues to resolve issues, and communicated with clients. David worked at Mi9 Retail until January 2016.

After leaving Mi9 Retail, David joined Cora Systems in 2016 as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist. In July 2019, they transitioned to the role of Software Developer. No end date is provided for their current position.

David Lipsett obtained their Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Information Systems from Technological University Dublin in 2012. David later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2015. In 2017, they earned a Higher Diploma in Computer Science with a First Class distinction from Atlantic Technological University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the ISTQB Certified Software Tester in 2013, the First Responder qualification from PHECC in 2017, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2023.
