Vanessa Ramirez (She/Her/Hers)

Vanessa Ramirez was born in Santa Rosa, California to Mexican Immigrant parents. She is a first-generation college student pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and aspiring to become a Registered Nurse. She is currently attending Sacramento State University and plans on moving out of state to complete her nursing degree. Her involvement with Corazon began as a volunteer with Groceries To Go and Vaccine Outreach. Due to her personal experiences as a child and volunteering, she saw the need for more bilingual healthcare workers therefore, pursuing her dream to become a Registered Nurse.
