Danny Gottovi has extensive work experience in information security and compliance. Danny is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Security and Compliance at Corcentric since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology as the Principal Information Security Engineer from April 2017 to May 2019. Danny also held the position of Principle Information Security Engineer at CSC from November 2013 to March 2017. Before that, they served as the Lead InfoSec Engineer at MITRE from March 2010 to November 2013. Danny also has experience in network and security management, having worked as the Network and Security Manager at Network Solutions, LLC from February 1999 to March 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Security Engineer at VeriSign from 2000 to 2004. Danny began their career in 1991 as a Staff Assistant at the US Senate and later worked as a Senior Security Engineer at the US House of Representatives from June 1993 to February 1999.

Danny Gottovi obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science Information Security from James Madison University from 1998 to 2000. In 1990, they were a fellow at the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership, studying Political Leadership. For their undergraduate education, Danny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Area Studies from Guilford College from 1985 to 1989. Danny also holds a certification in CISSP from ISC2.
