Ferenc Bartha

Ferenc Bartha has a comprehensive work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2012, they worked at Tradeshift, initially as a Technical Integration Engineer before moving up to various leadership roles. Ferenc led a global customer service organization, focusing on customer support, onboarding, implementation, and success services for millions of users across multiple platforms and services. Ferenc played a crucial role in reducing customer escalations, improving communication and collaboration, and increasing customer satisfaction. In 2021, they joined H1 as the Senior Director of Customer Support, where they turned around the organization's low satisfaction rating to achieve a 100% satisfaction rating for 8 consecutive months. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Professional Services Engineering at Corcentric since 2023.
