Joseph Segal

Joseph Segal is an experienced research professional currently serving as Research Manager at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group since December 2021, with prior roles as Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst. Between May 2019 and November 2021, Joseph worked at EXR as Research and Analysis Lead for New Development, successfully managing and leasing over 2000 units and expanding the division by 100%.
