Karin Rathje-Posthuma

Karin Rathje-Posthuma has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Karin began their career in 1995 at The Corcoran Group Marketing as a Project & Sales Director. Karin then joined Brown Harris Stevens Select as a Project & Sales Director, specializing in consulting, marketing, and sales of luxury residential real estate developments. In 2014, they became the Director of Sales Operations at Town New Development, where they managed luxury residential condominium projects, collaborated with developers, and led sales teams. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as the Director of Sales.

Karin Rathje-Posthuma has a diverse educational background. Karin obtained their NIMA A degree in Marketing from the Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing in 1990. In 1994, they pursued further education in marketing at Columbia University, where they earned an equivalent of a B.A. degree. During the same year, they also acquired a Real Estate Salesperson License from the New York Real Estate Institute. In 2005, Karin obtained an Interior Design Certificate from Parsons School of Design - The New School. In 2014, they further enhanced their real estate knowledge by obtaining an Associate Real Estate Broker degree from the New York Real Estate Institute. Finally, in 2018, they pursued a Bouwkunde A & B Certificate in Constructional Engineering for Real Estate from SVMNIVO in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
