Matthew Drennan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Matthew started their career in 2004 as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Brown Harris Stevens, where they worked as an assistant to a luxury townhouse specialist. Matthew'sresponsibilities included compiling market reports and showing exclusive properties to potential clients.
In 2005, Matthew joined Mark David & Company as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and continued working in a sales role until 2009.
From 2009 to 2014, Matthew worked at The Corcoran Group as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. During this time, they successfully guided sellers and home buyers through the sales and purchase of New York City co-ops, condos, and new development projects. Matthew maintained a high referral rate and received exceptional feedback from clients and the brokerage community.
In 2014, Matthew joined Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and took on various roles within the company. Matthew started as a Sales Associate and quickly advanced to a Senior Sales Associate position in 2016. In 2019, Matthew became a Sales Manager and eventually, in April 2020, they were promoted to the role of Sales Director.

Matthew Drennan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University. Matthew also holds a High School Diploma from St. Joseph's Prep. Additionally, Matthew has obtained several certifications including Selling with Stories, Asking Great Sales Questions, Managing Your Sales Process, and Service Innovation from LinkedIn. Matthew is also a Certified Negotiation Expert from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, which they obtained in 2012.
