Jennifer Edwards

Jennifer Edwards, SPHR, GPHR has extensive experience in HR roles spanning various industries and responsibilities. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of HR at Cordance, where they are responsible for strategic and tactical HR for a portfolio of B2B SaaS businesses. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at ChannelAdvisor, where they supported global services and coached senior leaders in talent management. Jennifer also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., providing HR support to engineers and managers in a high-growth consulting firm. Before that, Jennifer was a Senior HR Generalist at Wake Health Services, Inc., where they managed day-to-day HR operations. Jennifer also held the position of HR Manager at Haven House Services and worked as a Graduate Assistant at North Carolina State University, assisting professors in the Political Science and Public Administration departments.

Jennifer Edwards, SPHR, GPHR, holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from North Carolina State University, which was obtained in 2007. Jennifer also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History & Urban Studies from Canisius University, completed in 2004. In addition, Jennifer participated in a study abroad program at Richmond, The American International University in London. Jennifer has obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Global Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute in 2010.
