Irina Oks

Irina Oks has extensive experience in the field of taxation, with a focus on tax planning, compliance, and corporate structure optimization. Irina currently serves as the VP of Tax at Cordelio Power, where they oversee the tax function and provides analysis on new business initiatives. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Tax Director and Tax Director at Kinaxis, where they optimized tax processes and ensured compliance for multiple jurisdictions. Irina also served as the Director of Corporate Taxation at Celestica, where they supported global tax operations and provided analysis for various business transactions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Richter as a Transfer Pricing & Tax VP, providing tax consulting and planning services for clients with international operations. Irina also worked as a Transfer Pricing Consultant at Ernst & Young, analyzing inter-company pricing policies for multinational corporations. Irina began their career as a Project Leader at IBM Israel.

Irina Oks has a diverse education history. Irina obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Tel Aviv University from 2004 to 2006.

In terms of professional certifications, Irina completed the CPA In Depth Tax Course - Parts I, II & III from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they also attended the CPA In-Depth International Tax Course.

In addition to their formal education, Irina has obtained various certifications. Irina completed courses such as "Accounting Foundations: Understanding the GAAP," "Financial Accounting Foundations," and "Finance Foundations: Business Valuation" through LinkedIn.
