Markus von Raumer

Markus von Raumer is a highly experienced scientific professional currently serving as a Scientific Expert at Corden Pharma since April 2024. Prior to this role, Markus held significant positions at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Director and Head of Preformulation and Preclinical Galenics from 2017 to April 2024, and at Actelion as Associate Director and Senior Lab Head of Preformulation between 2008 and 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at Solvias AG as Product & Project Manager and Project Manager in Solid-State Development from 1999 to 2008, and as Head of Laboratory in Physical Chemistry at Novartis from 1997 to 1999. Markus holds a Post Doctorate in Mass Spectrometry from the University of Warwick (1996-1997) and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg (1993-1996).
