Helena Karch

Helena Karch is a Senior Recruiter working in the Human Resources Practice. Her responsibilities include sourcing and placing the most qualified candidates to meet their clients’ workforce needs and supporting strategic recruiting initiatives to meet business goals. Helena is passionate about helping professionals find their next career opportunity and therefore offers best practices during the interview, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes.

Prior to joining Cordia Resources, Helena worked as a recruiter in both the IT and Healthcare industries. She worked closely with supervisors to develop comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies for ongoing staffing and manage the onboarding of new hires.

Helena grew up in Manassas, Virginia and graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing. In her recreational time, she enjoys exercising, visiting local wineries, and spending time with family, friends, and her Golden Retriever.
