Rosalyn Greeley

Roz Greeley is a Search Director, Human Resources Practice at Cordia Resources. Her responsibilities include sourcing and placing candidates for clients in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Roz is passionate about networking within the Human Resources community and helping professionals find their next career opportunity. She works closely with candidates to provide best practices during the interview, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes.

Prior to Cordia, Roz spent ten years as a retail executive supporting career development and product management in a variety of roles. Her skills navigating fast-paced environments, building strong relationships with people, and staying agile have set a solid foundation for her recruiting and staffing efforts at Cordia. Roz is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Communications. She grew up in the Philadelphia and Boston areas, but now resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Sam, and their rescue dog, Bentley.
