Anza D'Antonio

Anza D'Antonio currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cordia Energy, focusing on sustainable energy solutions. Since 2023, Anza has reported directly to the CEO, playing a key role in the company's strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Legal and Compliance at Fiskars Group from 2021 to 2023, and holding various roles at Johnson Controls from 2017 to 2021, including Senior Group Counsel for Global Litigation, Procurement, IT, and Real Estate. Anza's legal career began at A. O. Smith Corporation as an Assistant General Counsel and included a position as Contract Manager at Siemens from 2006 to 2010. Anza holds a law degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, as well as a high school diploma from Wausau West High School.
