Kimberly Moncher, MA, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR program deployment.

Kimberly currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources at Cordia, where they oversee all strategic and functional areas of talent management for a multi-state employee population. Kimberly'sresponsibilities include talent acquisition, HR business partnering, coaching, succession planning, DEI, performance management, onboarding, acquisitions, and employee relations.

Prior to their current role, Kimberly served as the Director of Human Resources at Rincon Partners, LLC, where they led the HR strategy and function for organizational effectiveness and successful program deployment. Kimberly also implemented organizational structures, programs, and processes to engage the workforce and drive synergy across various departmental functions.

Previously, Kimberly held the role of Associate Vice President, People Services at Aveanna Healthcare, where they provided leadership and direction over the full HR lifecycle of policy, employee relations processes, and recruiting programs.

Kimberly also served as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at PhoenixNAP and CWIE, where they led and directed the full spectrum of HR services and oversaw the implementation of strategic HR programs and operations across international organizations.

In addition, Kimberly worked as a Contract - Organizational Change Management Analyst at Arizona State University, where they managed change among end users of the University's financial information system and delivered change management and system training.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant - HR Manager at AmeriSource HR Consulting Group, LLC, providing HR consulting and counsel to small and midsize clients, and as a Contract - Employee Relations Specialist at Gila River Indian Community, supporting employee relations and compliance processes.

Kimberly's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources/OD Manager at KnowledgeNet - The Live Learning Company, where they managed all aspects of HR operations for an 80-employee sales organization.

Kimberly started their career at the University of Phoenix, initially working as an Enrollment Advisor before transitioning to the role of Enrollment Manager, where they recruited and enrolled students into various course programs and coached and developed a team of enrollment advisors.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, HR program implementation, and change management.

Kimberly Moncher earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Dynamics from Western International University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Human Services from Ottawa University between 2006 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Kimberly has also obtained several certifications, including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in June 2015, and a Prosci Organizational Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci in January 2017. Kimberly is also a DISC Certified Behavioral Consultant, having completed the certification through PeopleKeys, Inc.
