Plant Biotechnology and in vitro culture engineer at Core Biogenesis

Jordan Brun has a diverse work experience in various scientific roles. In 2011, they interned as a Botanist Gardener at the Jardin botanique Parc de la Tête d’Or. In 2012, they worked as a Plant Nursery Worker at Pépinière REY. Following that, in 2013, they had an internship as a Greenhouse Technician at ASTREDHOR AURA-Station du RATHO. Later that year, they joined Bayer Cropscience as an Apprentice Greenhouse Experimentation Technician. In 2015, they worked as a Greenhouse Technician at PMP Mondragon. From 2016 to 2017, they held the role of Microbiology Assistant at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University Claude Bernard Lyon 1. In 2018, they became the Manager of the French "Sprachcafé" PIASTA at the University of Hamburg. Next, in 2020, they worked as a Plant Biology Engineer at the Scientific Research National Center. In 2021, they became a Technical Sales Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Switzerland. Most recently, starting in 2023, they are employed as a Plant Biotechnology and in vitro Culture Engineer at Core Biogenesis. Jordan Brun's experience encompasses various aspects of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and laboratory work.

Jordan Brun completed a Bachelor's degree in Plant biotechnologies & breeding from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 2013-2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Plant Molecular Science at the University of Hamburg from 2017 to 2020. In 2010-2012, Jordan acquired a B.T.S.A "Productions Horticoles" degree from L.E.G.T.A Romans sur Isère (26), where they studied Horticulture, Botanique, Agronomie, Biologie Végétale, Expérimentation, and Encadrement de personnel. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including Europa Macht Schule from DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst in June 2020, Certificate Intercultural Competence from Universität Hamburg in March 2020, IELTS from IELTS Official in June 2017, and Certiphyto C.S.P.P in June 2015.
