Manager, Talent Acquisition at Core BTS

Dan Publicover is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Core BTS. Prior to joining Core BTS, Dan was with Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2018 through September 2018.

Before their time with Exodus Integrity Services, Dan held the position of Recruiting Manager with Skoda Minotti from September 2016 to January 2018. In this role, Dan was responsible for managing the IT niche within Skoda Minotti’s Professional Staffing practice and talent acquisition for other Skoda Minotti practices such as Risk Advisory Services (IT Audit/IT Security consultants) and Strategic Marketing (web developers).

Prior to Skoda Minotti, Dan was with endevis as a Sr. Recruiter, IT Staffing from April 2011 to September 2016. Before that, Dan was a Recruiting Manager with Robert Half Technology from September 2007 to April 2011 and a Sr. Recruiter with Cynergies Solutions Group from April 2006 to December 2006. Dan’s career in recruiting began as a Technical Recruiter with TEKsystems from October 2003 to April 2006.

Dan Publicover has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Mendoza College of Business.
