Kim Arellano

Kim Arellano, Ph.D., MS, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Head of Managed Services: People Development at Korn Ferry, a position held since January 2020. Concurrently, Kim has operated as a Generational Consultant and Chief Evolution Officer at Workforce Evolution since August 2009, focusing on understanding complex human behavior patterns through psychological and philosophical tools. Prior experience includes roles as Solutions Director and Executive Consultant at AchieveForum from June 2013 to January 2020, and Executive Director of the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital Foundation from March 2011 to January 2013. Kim has also contributed to various organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Lake Washington Human Resource Association and as President of Snoqualmie Valley Women in Business. With an extensive background in business development and leadership, Kim's educational credentials include a Doctorate in Psychology from Saybrook University and a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
