Ta'Wone White has extensive work experience in the military, particularly in the field of aviation maintenance. Ta'Wone has served in various roles and positions throughout their career, starting as an Aircraft Mechanic and Crew Chief in the US Army from 2004 to 2009.

In 2011, Ta'Wone White joined the US Army again and worked as an ACFT Maintenance Instructor/Writer, responsible for developing lesson plans and training materials for Aviation Maintenance Soldiers. Ta'Wone held this position until 2014.

Most recently, Ta'Wone White worked as a Mission Command System Trainer, planning and delivering mission command training and providing analytical and technical support to projects. Ta'Wone also monitored training and modified scenarios to achieve customer objectives.

Ta'Wone White has a comprehensive education history. Ta'Wone obtained a Master of Science in Management with a focus in Organizational Leadership from Excelsior University. Ta'Wone became a Demonstrated Senior Logistician through the International Society of Logistics in February 2014. In May 2012, they became a Certified Universal Technician, both through the US Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Department of Defense. In September 2010, they obtained a GMDSS Radio Maintainer's License and a General Radiotelephone Operator License from the Federal Communications Commission. Furthermore, Ta'Wone acquired a State of North Carolina Notary Public certification in August 2021.
