Bernadine Kharnaior

Bernadine Kharnaior has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the consulting, business services, and staffing industries. Bernadine most recently served as the Senior Vice President at Core Integra Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as the National Sales Head at Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Bernadine also held the position of Head- Account Management at Adecco. Bernadine's longest tenure was at TeamLease Services Limited, where they held multiple positions including Head Business Development for the South and West Region, Regional Head, and Senior Manager. Their expertise lies in compliance, payroll, business development, and account management.

Bernadine Kharnaior completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree at St Mary's School, St Anthony's College from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance at Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies from 2003 to 2005.
