Alberto Martinez, P.Eng., is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Manager of Business Development at Core Laboratories since July 2019. In this role, Alberto provides strategic guidance and mentorship to Sales and Engineering teams while collaborating with clients on Well Completion and Reservoir Stimulation projects. Previously, Alberto held various engineering and technical sales positions at companies such as ProTechnics, Copper Tip Energy Services, and Encana Corporation, where responsibilities included advising on production optimization, managing engineering teams, and leading technical sales efforts. With a solid educational foundation in electrical engineering from Universidad del Zulia, Alberto has developed a strong expertise in coiled tubing, nitrogen, and fracturing technologies throughout a career spanning over two decades.
