Toni Rosier Mshr

Toni Rosier MSHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director for the Western US & California division of Core-Mark International, a multi-billion-dollar corporation. In this role, Toni leads HR managers and executive leadership to drive cultural change and provide creative solutions to business issues.

Prior to their current position, Toni held various roles in different organizations. Toni served as the Human Resources Associate Director for the City of Clearwater, where they oversaw and coordinated personnel programs for approximately 1800 employees. Toni also worked as the Manager of Employee and Labor Relations for the School District of Manatee County, where they provided leadership and direction on complex employee and labor relations issues.

Toni's previous experience includes roles as an HR consultant, Organizational Development Administrator, and HR Manager Generalist. Toni has demonstrated expertise in developing organizational processes, policies, and procedures, as well as implementing effective training and employee development programs.

Before entering the field of human resources, Toni co-owned an event planning services company and gained experience in digital commerce ER.

Additionally, they hold an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota. Toni has a USF Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Toni is also a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt from Prosource Professional Certifications. Furthermore, they are an SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certified by SHRM. Toni is a Public Notary in the State of Florida.
