David Rynecki

David Rynecki has a diverse work experience in the fitness and nutrition industry. David started their career as a Personal Trainer at Golds Gym in 2012, where they specialized in guiding individuals towards achieving their fitness goals and providing rehabilitation to those recovering from injuries or surgeries. David then joined LifeTime Athletic-Loudon County in 2014 as a Certified Personal Trainer. During this time, they obtained certifications in NASM Fitness Nutrition, NASE Speed Specialist, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from Shenandoah University. In 2015, they transitioned to Life Time - Healthy Way of Life and served as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Furthermore, they took on the role of Member Onboarding Manager/Nutrition Program Lead from July 2017 to April 2018. In 2018, they joined Life Time Inc. as a Personal Trainer and was promoted to the position of Personal Training Manager later that year. David'stenure at Life Time Inc. lasted until June 2020. In the same year, they worked at Core Nutritionals, LLC as part of the Inside Sales, R&D, and Customer Service team. Currently, David is the R&D and Inside Sales Manager at Arms Race Nutrition, a position they assumed in January 2020. David Rynecki holds various certifications in the field of fitness and is also pursuing a Master's degree in Exercise Science/Rehabilitation from Cal U of PA.

David Rynecki holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science/Rehabilitation, obtained from PennWest California in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Shenandoah University, which they completed between 2009 and 2012.
