Mallory Jones, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mallory currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Staff Development at CORE Services Group, Inc., where they oversee talent acquisition and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. Mallory has successfully led recruitment and onboarding efforts for over 800 new employees in multiple locations.

Prior to their current role, Mallory worked as the Director of Training & Professional Development at CORE Services Group, where they created and introduced a comprehensive new-hire orientation program and proposed improvements for existing training programs.

Before joining CORE Services Group, Mallory worked as a Principal/Training Consultant at MKJones Consulting. Mallory provided coaching and mentoring services to clients while also designing and developing training curricula. Additionally, they worked with colleges and universities to determine training needs and advised them on best practices.

From 2004 to 2015, Mallory held various positions at the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services. Mallory served as the Program Director of Learning & Development, overseeing the development and implementation of leadership development programs. Mallory also managed recruitment and selection efforts and collaborated with executive leaders to identify training needs.

Earlier in their career, Mallory worked at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Senior Educator and Educator.

Throughout their career, Mallory has consistently demonstrated their expertise in human resources, talent development, and training.

Mallory Jones, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Promotion/Disease Prevention from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo. In August 2020, Mallory obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
