Anthony Tartaglia

Managing Director, Technology at Core Spaces

Anthony Tartaglia leads the Lifestyle organization at Core Spaces. In this role, he works closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of a stable and performant application for residents, onsite teams, and clients.

Anthony focuses on building highly communicative organizations staffed with passionate team members who are empowered to use their experience to make informed decisions and who have a shared commitment to their work and each other. By creating this culture, Anthony's leadership makes an immediate impact with impressive results. Most recently Anthony built and led the teams responsible for creating the world's largest real estate franchise's (Keller-Williams) Consumer platform in under 8 months. The $7M team made up of 62 engineers created the platform that serves 36M searches and 19M property views per month, and supports 1M DAUs (Daily Active Users). Before his time at Keller-Williams Anthony worked at General Motors on the Connected Vehicle team where he built and led a $9.7M team of 57 engineers who created software tools to automate the validation testing of semi-autonomous vehicles and created an industry-first streaming risk assessment application that processed 5M+ vehicles data daily to find cybersecurity and other data anomalies. Anthony draws on similar experiences and successes across industries and companies including Capital One, Behr, Cracker Barrel, AT&T, Harley-Davidson, Groupon, and Penske to constantly inform and deliver creative technology solutions.
