Jessica Fang

Jessica Fang has a solid work experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the field of catastrophe analytics and risk management. Jessica started their career as a Catastrophe Modeling Specialist at Willis in 2009, where they worked until 2011. Jessica then joined Willis Re in 2011, taking on various roles such as Catastrophe Risk Analyst, Assistant Vice President of Catastrophe Management Services, and Vice President of Catastrophe Analytics. In 2019, Jessica was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Catastrophe Analytics at Willis Re. Jessica worked there until 2021 when they moved to Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Property Data Analyst. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Property Data Analytics at the same company. Jessica has gained expertise and knowledge in data analytics, risk assessment, and catastrophe management throughout their career.

Jessica Fang has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with Actuarial emphasis from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they have various professional certifications, including the Certified Catastrophe Risk Management Professional (CCRMP) from the International Society of Catastrophe Managers (ISCM) in 2023 and the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) from the American Institute for CPCU (AICPCU) in 2010. Jessica also completed the Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach course from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
