Claire Tiffney is the Founder of People Solutions CTA Ltd, which specializes in People Management and Development, advising businesses on various aspects of Human Resources. As a Master Facilitator for Core Strengths, Claire utilizes the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) tools to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness, regularly conducting qualification workshops for SDI trainers. Claire served as a Founding Trustee for Smart Works Charity, supporting unemployed women in their job search through coaching and confidence-building. Previously, Claire worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ENGIE – UK & Ireland, providing managerial support to the HR team, and held roles at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust as a Training Coordinator and Medical Staffing Officer. Claire holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University and a BPS Psychometric A&B qualification.
