Gary is currently serving as the VP Talent Development at Injazat, where they lead a team of Talent Consultants focused on driving business performance and employee engagement through effective talent development strategies. Gary is responsible for creating a learner-centric culture and providing employees with learning platforms for self-development. Gary also builds talent mobility and an internal talent market to ensure an agile workforce.
