Rebecca Norgaard

Rebecca Norgaard serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Core4ce since October 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Founder and CEO at Dare to Defy Productions, Inc., a non-profit theater established in October 2013 that emphasizes community involvement in the arts. Norgaard's previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Azimuth Corporation, Controller at Pole/Zero Corporation, and financial leadership positions at Wright State Research Institute. Norgaard holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, one in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and another from Troy University.
