Kawika Malama

Kawika Malama, MBA, currently serves as Divisional Vice President for the IFA Channel in the Pacific Northwest at Corebridge Financial, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kawika held the title of Regional Vice President at Prudential Financial from March 2015 to December 2022, and was the Regional Marketing Director - External Wholesaler at Lincoln Financial Distributors from November 2011 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as an Internal Wholesaler at Invesco Ltd. from 2007 to November 2011 and as a Production Controller for the 137th Space Warning Squadron in the US Air Force from 2004 to 2007. Kawika began a career in education as the Coordinator for Asian/Pacific American Student Services at the University of Northern Colorado, where recruitment and retention initiatives were implemented from 2001 to 2004. Academically, Kawika holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2005-2008) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Northern Colorado (1996-2000).
