Lisa Boy

Lisa Boy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting policy and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as VP of the Office of Accounting Policy at Corebridge Financial since September 2022, Lisa previously held roles at MetLife in the Technical Accounting Group and at iptiQ by Swiss Re as Senior Vice President of Finance. Lisa's career also includes significant contributions at MassMutual Financial Group and MassMutual Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed IFRS implementation, GAAP and Statutory accounting standards, and financial reporting for the annuity line of business. Lisa's expertise includes managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies, effectively influencing accounting standards setters, and conducting research on accounting policy matters. Lisa holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
