Sidney Matti

Sidney Matti serves as the Head of Credit Risk Oversight within Enterprise Risk Management at Corebridge Financial since October 2022, overseeing portfolios valued at $390 billion and leading a team of credit risk officers managing approximately $280 billion in corporate and financial institution credit exposures. Prior to this role, Sidney spent over 14 years at AIG, where contributions included serving as MD and Global Head of Corporate and FI Credit, and holding various positions such as Deputy CCO for General Insurance and COO for AIG Investments ERM Credit Risk. Sidney began a career in credit risk management at PNC Financial Services Group and gained experience as an analyst at Moody's. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Drew University.
