Pat Waters

Pat Waters is an experienced education and training professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Education Specialist at Corelation, Inc. since August 2012, Pat previously held roles including Learning & Quality Service Manager at California Coast Credit Union, where leadership of learning initiatives was a focus. Additionally, Pat was instrumental in developing a Leadership Development Program as AVP Training at New Century Mortgage/Home123. Earlier experiences include positions as Training Manager at Advanta Finance and Training Officer at San Diego Trust & Savings Bank. Pat holds a BA in Secondary Education with a focus on Spanish from Simpson College and an English Teaching Certificate from the University of Iowa.
