William Kownack

William Kownack has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as District Manager at CoreLife Eatery since April 2019 and as Managing General Partner at Chili's since May 2016. Previously, William held the position of General Manager at Ruby Tuesday, led operations as General Manager at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation, and owned and operated Castelos, a casual Italian restaurant. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at The Mohawk Club and as Food and Beverage Manager at The Edison Club.
