Ethan Bailey has a wealth of experience in the technology and real estate industries. Ethan started their career at Offutt Systems, where they held various roles in information technology, including Vice President of IT and Director of IT. During their time at Offutt Systems, they managed application development, IT infrastructure, and data center operations. Ethan also played a key role in the development of InnoVia, a web-based real estate listing system.
In 2006, Ethan joined First American Corporation as the Director of Information Technology for MarketLinx MLS Solutions. Ethan oversaw technology initiatives and infrastructure for the InnoVia MLS system and related products. Ethan was also responsible for the financial accountability of the MLS Solutions Group.
In 2010, Ethan joined CoreLogic as the Senior Director of Information Technology. Ethan led development, QA, and implementation teams across multiple product lines, including the InnoVia MLS and Membership Director engineering teams. Ethan was also responsible for product strategy, technology roadmaps, and implementation.
In 2015, Ethan became a Member of the Board of Directors at the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO). As a board member, they provided oversight to the non-profit organization, which develops and promotes data and electronic commerce standards for the real estate industry.
In 2022, Ethan returned to CoreLogic as the Senior Director of Product Engineering & Architecture. In this role, they lead software engineering, cloud architecture, and technology teams for Real Estate Solutions.
Throughout their career, Ethan has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, software quality assurance, project management, and technology leadership.
Ethan Bailey holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from Wake Forest University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems/Development from High Point University from 1999 to 2003. Ethan also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Ethan has obtained certifications such as RED-B from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
