Kim Heyvaerts

Kim Heyvaerts is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and tax management. Currently serving as Chief Accountant at CORES Development since May 2023, Kim has previously worked as a Business Analyst at SD Worx and spent over a decade at CORES Development in various finance roles, including Finance Manager. Key responsibilities have included coordinating accounting activities across group companies, preparing consolidated financial statements, filing annual accounts and tax returns, and conducting feasibility analyses for business insights. Prior experience at KPMG Belgium involved supervising accounting and tax return preparation for diverse client portfolios. Kim holds a degree in Accountancy-Fiscality from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and a background in Latin-Mathematics from Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Instituut Antwerpen.
