Jolie Ramirez, MAEd, ITIL4 has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and support. From 2019 to present, they worked at Coretelligent as a Client Engineer II, handling various tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair of desktops, printers, and POS systems. Jolie also has experience in setting up and troubleshooting networks and servers.

In 2019, they also worked as a Field Support Engineer, both remotely and on-site, resolving tickets and troubleshooting issues for end-users using MACs and Windows laptops.

Jolie began their academic journey at Colorado State University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology. Jolie then pursued their passion for sign language interpretation and translation, as well as Deaf studies, at Front Range Community College, resulting in an Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree.

In 2014, Jolie furthered their education by enrolling at the University of Phoenix. Over the course of two years, from 2014 to 2016, they successfully earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Adult Education and Training. Continuing their commitment to lifelong learning, Jolie is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, from 2020 to 2024. Their dedication to this field is evident as they are simultaneously working towards a similar degree, again at Western Governors University, in the same subject, Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
