Michelle Thacker

Michelle Thacker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michelle began their career as a Store Manager at Movie Gallery from November 2007 to October 2009. Then, they worked as an Administrator at Atlanta Hosiery Co from October 2011 to July 2014.

In 2014, Michelle joined Greenway Health as an Enrollment Coordinator, where they instructed and advised clients and labs during data interface implementations. Michelle ensured project completion on time by staying on task and scheduling status checks. Michelle also served as a Project Manager and Trainer at Greenway Health from May 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they learned and stayed up to date with workflows and changes in all platforms. Michelle created and maintained training documentation and videos for internal and external use, hosted training sessions for customers and team members, and troubleshooted problems that arose, providing feedback about resolutions. Michelle also collaborated with project teams and customers to resolve plan discrepancies and started the Operations Assessment documentation.

Most recently, in 2021, Michelle worked at ModMed as a Project Manager, where they helped practices transition to new software and workflows. Through hard work, attention to detail, and innovative thinking, they found tailored solutions for each practice. Michelle subsequently transitioned to the role of Technical Success Project Manager from September 2022 to October 2022.

Currently, Michelle is employed as a Project Manager at Coretelligent, starting in November 2022.

Michelle Thacker attended LaGrange College from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Biochemistry. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this time.
