Chris Hayes has a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Chris currently serves as the Software Engineering Team Lead at Corista since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Twitter as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2019 to January 2023. At Twitter, they led the Direct Messages team, played a key role in co-creating a working agreement, and negotiated with the security team for prioritizing and addressing security concerns. Chris'searly career includes being the Lead Software Developer/Consultant at HyperSites from August 2003 to May 2009, where they assumed principal engineer responsibilities, designed and architected various features for the product.
