Laura Hynes

Laura Hynes has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Laura currently holds the role of Head of HR Systems and Operations at Corium, Inc. starting from March 2021. Previously, they worked at Sanofi where they served as the Head of HR Digital Expertise Center from January 2018 to December 2019, overseeing a team of Workday professionals and ensuring the proper functioning of Workday systems in support of HR processes. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Workday Solutions at Sanofi from January 2014 to January 2018, where they led global initiatives in Workday deployment and collaborated in the design and delivery of Workday Job Catalog and Global Grading structure. Before joining Sanofi, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as an HRIS Consultant from May 2012 to 2014. Laura Hynes also has extensive experience in the field of HR technology and systems, having worked at Genzyme as an HRTS Consultant from October 1998 to April 2012. Laura began their career as an HRIS Analyst at Telesis in 1982 and later held the role of IS Consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1987 to 1998.
