Denise Kim-O'Neill

Denise Kim-O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Denise started their career as an Equity Derivatives Analyst at J.P. Morgan in 1994 and later became a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In 2003, they transitioned to Compensation at Genzyme, where they worked for eight years. Denise then became an HRIS and Compensation Manager at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals for a year before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Senior Compensation and HRIS Consultant. In 2013, they worked as an Independent Contractor before taking on the role of Associate Director and Compensation Lead at Shire Pharmaceuticals in 2016. In 2018, they became a Compensation Lead at athenahealth until 2019 when they joined Corium, Inc. as VP and Head of Total Rewards.

Denise Kim-O'Neill obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University. Denise attended the university from 1989 to 2003.
