Alice Campestre

Alice Campestre is a skilled professional in the field of food technology and biotechnology, currently serving as a Porteuse de projet R&D at Corman since June 2021. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship at Roquette, where significant contributions were made to the development of plant protein extraction processes for human consumption, engaging in scientific monitoring, experimental protocol establishment, and result interpretation.
