Damian Kulasingham

Damian Kulasingham currently serves as President of Cormorant Utility Services since July 2018. Previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at EPTCON Ltd. from January 2018 to June 2018, and worked as a Consultant at DAK Services from May 2017 to January 2018, focusing on project lifecycle advisory in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to this, Damian Kulasingham was involved with GE Global Operations in project management from June 2013 to May 2017 and held various roles including PMO Leader and Account Executive at GE Power & Water from September 2010 to 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as Executive Vice President & CMO at Giffels Corporation and Vice President of Special Projects & Construction at SNC-Lavalin, demonstrating a rich background in project development, financing, EPC risk analysis, and operations management across diverse organizations.
