Nicola Durkin

Nicola Durkin has extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and education, currently serving as Delivery Director and Executive Coach at Corndel since April 2018, where Nicola mentors managers to enhance their leadership skills. Previously, at Groupe PSA from September 2015 to April 2018, Nicola specialized in diagnosing and delivering innovative learning solutions for management development. Prior roles include teaching and mentoring at Hampshire County Council, along with various positions providing customer service and operational support in sectors such as hospitality and logistics.
